How is my meat packaged for delivery?
All orders are vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed inside insulated boxes with biodegradable gel packs to ensure your meat stays at a safe, chilled temperature during transit.
Where do you source your meat from?
We take pride in sourcing our products from trusted local farmers and sustainable suppliers who prioritize animal welfare and high-quality grazing standards.
What are your delivery days and times?
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically eligible for next-day delivery, and you will receive a tracking link with a specific one-hour time slot on the morning of your arrival.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Yes, because our meat is delivered fresh and vacuum-packed, it is perfectly suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery for the best quality.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
Is there a minimum order value?
To ensure we can provide the most efficient refrigerated shipping, we have a minimum order value of $50. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
